[FKL][FREE-BURMA] Pascal Dupuy – Free Burma [001]

DJ Möet: Summoning a Saffron Sunrise

FREE BURMA PASCAL DUPUY

Pascal was one of our first artists who took up the challenge to release a FREE BURMA mix for us. A humanity-conscious and spiritually-driven individual, his imperative for liberating the oppressed rings clearly in this blend of freedom songs, drum and bass, and existentialist breaks.

Featuring the lithe sounds of Bluez & Bronco, Tronik 100, and J. Majik. The start to a soundtrack for REMEMBERING the people of Burma, and our plea to the planet to NOT FORGET.

Keep this on your iPod – Spread it through the planet. And pray for a FREE BURMA!

  3. Pascal says:

Burma’s bloody crackdown has silenced Buddhist monks and other protesters
but has raised calls for the world, to push for change in the isolated,
military-led nation also known as Myanmar.

Last week the military regime controlling the Myanmar govenrment sent troops
into the streets to dissuade the peaceful protests of Buddhist Monks and
the general public from voicing their disatisfaction.

I’ve joined in with my fellow musicians at http://www.foundationkl.org to use
my creativity to support the Peaceful Protest of the Myanmar Junta.
This mix blends tracks that speak of Unity, Love, Peace as well
as Protest and awareness of what needs to be healed in our society.
More than anything, my intention was to create a continuous song,
a tribute if you will, to our current human condition as a dedication
to the brave and peaceful souls around the world that speak up and
take action for themselves and their collective Environment.

In listening to this mix hear the intentional progression of
emotion and lyrics as the story unfolds…
Thus you assist me in my Peaceful Protest.

I also invite you to research this issue, communicate with others
about what is happening not just in Burma but around the world,
and what can be done to promote Peace, and especially to take action yourself…

    Namaste

DJ Möet aka Pascal A. Dupuy
