[FKL] Vidda Vein – ElecTweak Muse

Conceived in the 80s, Now of Age

There’s been strong demand from the underground for more from the reclusive mixologist, Vidda Vein and his unique take on the dance music who’s pulse we all share. Well the wait is over my fellow Foundationers! Vidda has dropped another flow that’s hot like lava, rolls at you funky, indie and glam all at once, but I digress… Let’s here from the man himself:

This one has a great flow combining the best of what you expect to hear with all the usual tweaks, moody twists and turns that satisfy that urge for the unheard and inspired. A couple of my absolute essential favs you need to listen for is “Tigers in the Fire” (will make you shiver), “Staring at the Sun” has a mind blowing TV on the Radio sample from their first album, “Float Away” has been out for a bit but I finally have been able to properly work it into a set at just the right moment you need it. Hope you enjoy this ride as much as I did!
So without further ado, download this mixset of Bassline, Disco Punk, and Indie Dance, and be sure to leave some love in the comments below!

[FKL] milkii hani – tech house clubbin’

THE EXPANSION CONTINUES

milkiihanna

All right Foundation beat freaks, we appreciate you tuning in and checking back often as we work to bring you the fresh sounds from the underground. We have a new participant for the Foundation Expansion Project: Milkii Hani.
The tracklist featuring the likes of Rework, Sequential Soul, Slaaf, Gui Boratto, and Kage, and the mix delivers the driving yet grooving house sound you’d expect. This is the Superglo’s bid, so take a look at the bio and leave a comment once you peeped the set.

MILKII HANI 28, newly upcoming female DJ from KL, Malaysia was exposed to the musical instruments at the young age of five. Her supportive parents and families are into the music business and formerly known as ‘The Rezas’. Her father, Md Zahari owned a studio back in the 70’s as an encouragement to her
Uncle’s (The Rezas) to be involved in the music scene and they became the 1st Malaysian band who gets to produced their LP & EP with songs from Santana’s best album and tracks for Malay language edition (LIFE Records). Having the knowledge of playing organ, piano, guitar and keyboard are truly Milkii’s best asset for music.

Moving into the metropolitan city of KL, Malaysia in 1999 developing
education, career, high spiritual and lovable moments of journey are
strictly to pursuit happiness & success (says milkii). Towards the
mainstream culture, Milkii Hani defined herself as amateur clubber and appreciates the progression of rave music into Malaysia and totally enjoyed the ‘massive elements’. Thus, all the memories are kept safe, and eventually have built a strong desire and dream for Milkii getting into djying to explore the elements of mixing and producing.

Beginning of the year 2008, Milkii Hani’s decided to joined Royale Academy DJ School aka Excessive Records, KL under probationary of the Guru, one of Malaysia pioneer’s DJ Bryan Burger for learning and skills guidance on her djying efforts. Milkii adores the variables of TECHNO-TECH HOUSE, PROGRESSIVE TRANCE,TRIBAL, DISCO HOUSE, as meaningful combination of her soul.

Milkii’s favourite quote:-
“I DELIVER MY EMOTIONS THROUGH THE MUSIC”
